Transfers are not included from our arrival airports to the starting point of our trip.

After breakfast on our last day in Granada, Modern Adventure will provide a complimentary transfer to Málaga's AGP airport, about a 90-minute drive from. If you would like to join this transfer, your flight home should be scheduled to depart from AGP at 2:30pm or later. If your flight leaves at an earlier time, from a different location, or if you are planning on extending your time in Granada, you will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation (see Departure from Granada).

Traveling with dietary restrictions or allergies can be a challenge, but we’re here to help. Prior to your departure, we’ll send you a questionnaire where you can inform us of any special dietary needs you have. Depending on the information you give us, we will work with our in-country partners to adjust menus and be aware of allergies and restrictions on the trip.

Accommodation pricing is based on double occupancy (two adults per room). If you would like your own room, you will need to pay the single supplement fee of $1,750.

This adventure will require intermittent effort throughout and you should have an average amount of energy to participate. Activities will include walking medium distances over uneven terrain and involving steps. Some locations could present challenges to persons with special needs. Neither Modern Adventure nor any of its suppliers may physically lift or assist travelers onto transportation or on daily activities. If you have questions or concerns about particular activities or trip aspects, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

You may cancel on or before May 27, 2022 and receive a full refund minus a $500 per-person service fee. If you cancel on or after May 28, 2022 there is a 50% cancellation fee; on or after July 26, 2022 there is a 100% cancellation fee. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we are not able to make exceptions to this policy in cases of family/medical emergency or cases of the trip being canceled (see our Terms and Conditions for full details).

Note that for guests who are transferring trips or traveling on rescheduled trip dates, your cancelation terms will vary from the above, and are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your correspondence from our Customer Experience team for specific details.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (see Get Ready). Travel insurance allows you to seek reimbursement for your trip costs; if your trip plans change for unforeseeable reasons, or if you need to get medical help, emergency transport, and for theft, loss or damage of items while traveling.

For best coverage, always insure the full trip cost within two weeks of your initial trip deposit and note that most ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ policies must be purchased on the date of your initial deposit.
